  • Rice milled to ~60% 10 lbs.
  • Koji 40 Oz.
  • Yeast #9
  • Lactic Acid 2 fl. Oz.
  • Yeast Nutrient 1 Oz.
  • Speedy Bentonite 2 Oz.

Makes 2-2.5 gallons of sake.

This full ingredient Saké kit contains everything you need to make outstanding Junmai Ginjo Saké except the water!

    Hello. Am looking at your FULL INGREDIENT SAKE KIT. Question is, aside from that (and water) can you point me to a specific kit I could buy here in Calgary which includes all the tubs and hoses and such (i.e. ACME WINE MAKING KIT X)? Might your kit also include instructions? Basically, I’d like to ‘simply’ dive into trying to make some good sake and, depending on the results, then get into thinking about things a bit more and fine tuning…

    The FULL INGREDIENT SAKE KIT does include instructions. There is no full equipment kit but this page lists the equipment needed and potential suppliers.
